Your Role:

  • Organize, oversee schedules and produce flyers and digital/social media ads based on weekly/monthly/seasonal marketing calendars.
  • Advise on planning workload for flyer team ensuring schedules are adhered to the business needs.
  • Work with Marketing Promotions team to upkeep and advise on flyer schedule.
  • Enable flyer proofing and revision requests.
  • Adhere to company branding standards, ensuring effectiveness and consistency in all designs.
  • Participate in project planning events and reviews to understand creative design needs.
  • Work closely with Creative Services Manager and Marketing Planning Manager to ensure effective execution of flyer program.
  • Assist in upkeep of brand image library.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in computer-aided graphic design.
  • Highly organized in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Post-secondary education in an advertising arts program or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with industry standard software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Creative and strong typography and layout skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects, tasks, and assignments.
  • Ability to work independently and a highly collaborative team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
