Job Title: Marketing & Communications

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to appoint a Marketing & Communications Manager to join a growing and fast-paced marketing team, working in vibrant offices in Toronto Downtown. With fantastic office perks, we're the perfect place for high achievers to grow and thrive.

We're looking for a hard-working and self-motivated person to deliver multiple marketing campaigns, own our brand communications & image and coordinate with design and content teams on all relevant projects.

The role will play a key part in the online acquisition growth plans and the ideal candidate will have the desire to work in a supportive environment where a driven personality will succeed. They should strive to continually improve results and be able to thrive in a friendly working environment with a desire to share new ideas and work hard towards common goals.

You should be a growth-minded marketer experienced in targeting SME and middle market companies. It requires someone hands-on, creative, and focused on outcomes, who will be responsible for campaign ROI. You will also be responsible for identifying the most attractive business opportunities and developing the right marketing approaches to unlock them.

The role

  • Responsible for the delivery of campaigns executed in CA across multiple channels
  • Bringing together the requirement for content, design, video, input from digital teams and the wider business.
  • Manage campaign and channel performance ensuring both team and campaign are hitting key metrics and targets supporting overall sales and service performance.
  • Ensure strong coordination and execution of all activities
  • Feed into the ideation and planning of the roadmap
  • Help to grow brand awareness, social following, and overall MQL/SQL into sales through campaigns and communications
  • Manage local agencies or partnerships
  • Report on local campaign and channel success and insights through consistent assessment of analytics
  • Identify new opportunities for growth whether that be new channels, partnerships or approaches to local marketing activity
  • Drive internal engagement with sales and service ensuring all teams are aware of how marketing is supporting them and have the tools and resources to do so
