Job Description:

Attila Glatz Concert Productions, a 30-year-old established concert producer and promoter with a fully remote office structure, is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced digital marketing specialist to take on and enhance the paid and organic digital efforts of the organization's concerts and produce analytical post-campaign reporting. This role will communicate and collaborate with senior marketing management to maximize promotional efforts in the digital world including, but not limited to: META, Google, TikTok, Mailchimp, and Spotify.

This position is about much more than just running and monitoring campaigns-if you're looking for a straightforward digital marketing job, this is not a position for you. Our chosen candidate will be an idea-driven strategist, equally happy setting up digital campaigns and creating, scheduling engaging social media posts with precision and speed as contributing ideas to senior management on areas to maximize organic growth and ROI. You will be someone excited by innovation in the digital realm, up to date on the latest digital marketing trends. You can't wait to tell someone about the latest update to Instagram or TikTok and the newest platform on the market. As the manager of our digital accounts, and the person responsible for creating and monitoring the success of numerous campaigns, you will have real-time insight into which performances might need a strategic reworking.

Our chosen candidate will be personable, fast, and self-starting, with impeccable attention to detail. We require a minimum of three years of experience in paid digital advertising or commensurate experience working in this capacity, a keen understanding of current Google and META best practices, requirements and trends, and a portfolio of related work.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, and collaborating with our marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will perform the following duties, in addition to others as required:

  • Create a proposal for each PPC campaign, including start dates, approximate budget allocation, appropriate platforms, target audiences, desired creative, geo-targets, any specific strategies to conform with current best practices, copy ideas, plan for remarketing, lead generation, or potential changes in the campaign.
  • Prepare and submit full previews of ads for approval as required for producers prior to use.
  • Set up all META, Google, TikTok, and Spotify campaigns with supplied creative and copy. Ensure conversion tracking measures appropriate KPIs. Keep accounts organized, campaigns properly labelled, credit card info up to date, and troubleshoot any issues with the platforms.
  • Use best practices to determine strongest creative and copy to push forward at any given time.
  • Provide frequent updates on campaign performance and give suggestions for improvement including editing copy and creative and updating target demographics.
  • Work independently to manage and spend digital budgets, determining most effective budget split between platforms, and adjusting those decisions based on performance metrics in real time.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis reports for every performance on spending, CPC, and audience trends.
  • Take charge of the overall daily organic social media strategy to increase engagement and widen our audience.
  • Plan and schedule posts for two accounts on their respective platforms.
  • Liaise with partners for collaboration posts, contests, or other social media ideas.
  • Work from our large reservoir of raw content to create original and engaging posts (Reels, TikToks, carousels, YouTube Shorts, grid photos), craft industry-related content sourced from online, and schedule posts provided by our partners and graphic designer.
  • Write smart and engaging social media captions that optimize the algorithm of each platform. You will be our brand's voice on social media.
  • Engage with the online community in an authentic way, upholding our brand as a fun, friendly and approachable company that are worth following.
  • Update salutetovienna.com and glatzconcerts.com to ensure up-to-date information about upcoming performances, on-sale activity, and past performances.
  • Monitor website trends and optimize SEO for each landing page.

Requirements:

  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in digital marketing, digital advertising or a related field, or commensurate experience working in this capacity.
  • Minimum of

three years of experience in paid digital advertising.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in organic social media management.
  • Intermediate and up-to-date knowledge of META and Google paid advertising, including best practices, restrictions and necessary requirements.
  • Experience with TikTok advertising.
  • Experience with and keen understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with website design and maintenance and asset (we use Wix).
  • Basic graphic design experience an asset (we use Canva).
  • Basic video editing experience an asset (can trim longer clips to make engaging reels and TikToks).
  • Experience and up-to-date knowledge using major social media platforms.
  • Comfort talking on camera (in Reels and Tik Toks) an asset but not required.
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly and ensure they are clearly communicated.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and meticulous with detail.
  • Genuine interest in playing a role in a small marketing team with a number of interesting projects on the go.
  • Ability to work remotely (strong communication is an absolute must).
  • Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and excellent work ethic.
