Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our leadership team. This unique opportunity offers a partnership model with no monthly salary. Instead, compensation will be commission-based, with significant equity participation from the employee pool option after the probationary period of 4 months. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth and market penetration for PrepScanner and DenTeach, leveraging their expertise in sales and marketing to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for PrepScanner and DenTeach.
  • Align sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

2. Sales Management:

  • Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets through direct sales, partnerships, and other channels.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including dental schools, educational institutions, and professional training centers.

3. Marketing Initiatives:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote PrepScanner and DenTeach.
  • Utilize digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and support.

6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Set performance metrics and KPIs for sales and marketing activities.
  • Regularly review and report on progress, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental, medical, or educational technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing plans that drive growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based role with no fixed monthly salary.
  • The successful candidate will earn significant equity from the employee pool option after the probationary period of 4 months, aligning their success with the company's growth and profitability.
