Strategic Group seeks a dynamic leader for the role of Manager, Corporate Communications, Brand, and Community. This role involves shaping our corporate image, enhancing brand presence, and fostering community engagement. The successful candidate will devise communication strategies, manage our brand identity, and lead community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Communications
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy.
  • Craft and disseminate press releases, announcements, and other communication materials.
  • Serve as the company's spokesperson, managing media inquiries and interviews.
  • Oversee the company's online reputation and address public relations issues as .
  • Brand Management
  • Compose and produce high-quality internal and external communication materials with a consistent tone and language. These materials include:
  • Website content
  • Social media posts
  • Client and partner communications
  • Newsletters
  • Annual reports
  • Corporate presentations
  • Sponsorship advertising
  • Supervise and advise on the application of the company logo to ensure brand identity consistency across all corporate materials, properties, and promotional products.
  • Build a library of communication tools, including photography and key messages.
  • Actively pursue and implement opportunities to enhance Strategic Group's brand and reputation.

Community Engagement

  • Engage in media, government, and stakeholder relations to share the Strategic Group story and foster relationships. This includes:
  • Developing media, government, stakeholder plans
  • Writing news releases, articles, and targeted messages
  • Organizing and managing media, government, and stakeholder events
  • Briefing and supporting spokespeople for media interviews or meetings with key relationships.
  • Developing and engaging in sponsorship opportunities to involve Strategic Group within relevant communities.
  • Creating community volunteer opportunities for Strategic Group teams and team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand management.
  • Background in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects successfully.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in strategic communication thinking, planning, and execution.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in media relations and crisis communication.
  • Familiarity with social responsibility and community engagement initiatives.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
