Product Marketing Associate, Aquaculture Software (Temporary)

If this sounds like you, please join us as our Product Marketing Associate. In this role, you will play a supporting role in nurturing and stimulating demand for our innovative aquaculture software solutions while collaborating closely with our sales team to drive product adoption.

This full-time position is temporary and will extend from the date of hire until the end of April 2025. Throughout that time, you will act as a vital member of the marketing team at Innovasea, supporting the Product Marketing Manager in the following ways:

• Collaborating on the launch of several innovative products and assisting in GTM plans for key aquaculture software solutions.
• Developing competitive positioning and messaging in collaboration with product, engineering and sales teams.
• Helping craft value propositions that clearly articulate how we solve our customers' problems and create value.
• Executing marketing campaigns including content creation, events planning, advertising, sales training and various activities to enable sales.
• Researching competitive intelligence and leveraging customer/market data to identify market gaps and customer needs.

• Requires 1-2 years of professional product marketing experience delivering highly successful demand generation and engagement strategies within B2B markets, SaaS software preferred.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Collaborative team player with the passion and knack to drive alignment internally.
• Strong storyteller with exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Talented at deriving insights from customer/market research.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Excel, and marketing automation software.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones including EU.
• Some domestic and international travel may be required.

Education

The minimum educational requirement for this position is a university degree or graduate certificate/advanced diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field. Equivalent work experience and training may be considered.

Preferred Professional Expertise

• Pragmatic Institute or other product marketing organization certifications.
