We would love it if you had these too:

1-2 years' experience working in marketing, advertising, or related field.

A basic understanding of: Google Analytics, SEO, WordPress CMS, and marketing metrics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.

The ability to solve problems and come up with creative solutions.

A keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.

A strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn.

Here's What Your Day-To-Day Could Look Like:

Collaborating with your Team Lead to coordinate and execute performance marketing campaigns for multiple divisions of the Shane Homes Group of Companies.

Supporting the coordination and development of creative assets and managing the distribution of advertising materials, including print, digital, out-of-home (OOH), radio, and television.

Maintaining the Shane Homes website, asset archives, and our build-and-price tool.

Assisting with campaign reporting and tracking.

Supporting our Sales Team by ensuring they have the necessary tools to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Working with our digital marketing agency to support SEO and PPC initiatives.

Collaborating with the Marketing Team to bring marketing visions to life and supporting event marketing.
