🤩 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting directly to the CRO, the Head of Online Sales is responsible for shaping the company's overall online sales strategy. 

The Head of Online Sales will lead the development and execution of Toon Boom Animation's online sales strategy. This role is responsible for driving online revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement,  and optimizing the online purchasing experience in collaboration with other internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS subscription  e-commerce & digital marketing, with a passion for the animation and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals.

  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends to expand the online customer base and increase sales.

  • Develop, manage and iterate online sales KPIs 

Sales Management:

  • Build out and optimize our online sales pipeline by leveraging insights into our key customer segments and their buying behaviors

  • Setting performance targets and ensuring they are met.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Recommend and drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and improve conversion rates, churn, retention, win-back and other key metrics.

E-commerce Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.

  • Collaborate with the IT, marketing and customer success teams to optimize the website's functionality, usability, and design.

  • Manage the online product catalog, including pricing, promotions, and inventory levels.

Digital Marketing:

  • Partnering with our marketing team to ensure digital marketing campaigns are optimized and deliver on key KPIs.

  • Utilize SEO, SEM and other digital channels to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

  • Implement strategies to improve the overall online customer experience & journey, including personalized recommendations and loyalty programs.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with third-party platforms, affiliates, and influencers to drive online sales.

  • Negotiate and manage along with other internal stakeholders contracts with e-commerce partners and vendors.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • You possess proven experience (7+ years) in SaaS subscription e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the software or entertainment industry.

  • You demonstrate strong leadership skills.

  • You excel in analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable decisions.

  • You are proficient in e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing technologies.

  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You have a passion for animation and a deep understanding of the animation industry (preferred).
