ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a talented and motivated Internal Communications Strategist to join our team to lead the delivery of solutions for our clients. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal communication, exceptional strategic thinking skills, and a proven track record of managing client accounts effectively.

PAY AND BENEFITS

  • Salary: $62,530 to $86,500 annually (based on a 40-hour work week) plus a generous profit-sharing plan

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring our clients are thrilled with our work and the results they experience. Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies for clients.
  • Lead and support our creative team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients on communication best practices and emerging trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Monitor project performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are thrilled with our work and the results they experience.
  • Identify ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.
  • Help win new business and grow our client portfolio through referrals and other business development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in communications (or related field) or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience
  • 3-5 years of internal communications experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 environment
