The Talent Acquisition Specialist, will support sourcing and recruitment efforts across US, Canada, and Costa Rica and collaborate with our other global teams as needed. You will be instrumental in owning the sourcing process, identifying relevant talent, and maintaining the continual development of pipelines for various roles within digital advertising.

The ideal candidate should be exceedingly well organized, adaptable, and enjoy working in the fast paced environment of a rapidly growing company. You are encouraged to own projects, streamline and/or implement processes and brainstorming new team initiatives.

Lastly, this role will play an important part in ensuring a positive candidate experience, partnering closely with our interviewing and hiring teams and creating a collaborative, engaging workplace for employees that reflects our values and culture.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the candidate sourcing process and the continuous development of pipelines for various entry and mid-level positions for US, Canada, and Costa Rica
  • Support the interview scheduling process, seamlessly navigating multiple calendars for a high volume of candidates in various roles and stages
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, candidate markets, compensation data, and competitor analysis
  • Partner closely with multiple hiring managers, senior leaders, and other Key Internal Stakeholders to provide frequent candidate/pipeline updates and scheduling updates
  • Participate in various departmental projects such as interview training, recruitment marketing initiatives and analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve team efficiency

Skills and Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years experience with full-time sourcing, recruiting and/or people operations specifically within digital marketing and advertising
  • High energy and strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to create, build and leverage relationships across various teams and levels
  • Strong sense of integrity with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
