Your Temporary, Full-time Role (6 months)

As Coordinator, Sales & Communications in the Customer Services department, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, Customer Services & Logistics and expected to work alongside PanGlobal's Marketing, Logistics, and Sales teams to provide deliverables, feedback, and expertise on their area of responsibility in a collaborative team environment.

You will be responsible for drafting and administrating corporate communications, coordinating events and awards programs, coordinating product launches and customer inquiries, supporting social media and sales activities, and conducting activities to protect PanGlobal's intellectual property. To best accomplish this task, you will have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, coupled with the ability to maintain a current understanding of PanGlobal's products, services, and customer accounts.

What You Will Do

Corporate Communications

  • Coordinate the creation, distribution, and follow-up activities of corporate communications and initiatives to external stakeholders
  • Coordinate PanGlobal's external awards programs (e.g., student and educator recognition)
  • Coordinate eStore product launches, updates, and pricing
  • Facilitate Accessibility requests including full cycle creation of NDAs, and
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, support the creation and scheduling of engaging Social Media content (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.).

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, ticket system, and email
  • Resolve escalated level 2 non-technical enquiries and provide backup for level 1 non-technical enquiries as needed
  • Support sales activities by identifying potential leads through research and analysis
  • Maintain and update lead information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation strategies and campaigns, and
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Intellectual Property Protection

  • Conduct regular web searches for copyright infringement of PanGlobal intellectual property, and
  • Maintain and execute takedown request procedures.

What You Will Bring

Education: Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & Google Workspace programs (Outlook/Gmail, Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, etc.) and other productivity tools. Experience with Monday.com, content management systems, and cloud-based CRM systems. A strong understanding of corporate communication strategies, sales processes, and marketing principles is essential. Well-versed in media relations, branding, and internal communication best practices.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications, sales coordination, or a similar role. Proven experience in managing communication campaigns, creative writing, and creating and executing communications plans is essential.

Organization Skills: Exceptional organizational skills are required to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently. Consistently demonstrates the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Communication and Interpersonal Relationship Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are paramount, being adept at crafting clear, concise, and engaging messages tailored to different audiences. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Able to handle requests and complaints in a professional, non-confrontational manner. Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make intuitive decisions.

Attention to Detail: Precision, accuracy, and high attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Team-Oriented: Able to work effectively both independently as well as with a team. Collaborative and actively engaged with team project work. Openness to sharing insights and information for the betterment of the team and work environment.

For the temporary, full-time Coordinator, Sales & Communications role, we are offering a competitive, prorated annual salary range from $55,000 to $60,000 and you will receive generous paid time off entitlements (vacation, flex, sick, and protected leave). Please note that as this is a temporary role for 6 months, it is not eligible for participation in PanGlobal's group benefits program.
