This is a hybrid opportunity based out of the GTA and the successful candidate will work 4 days a week from home and 1 day a week out of our downtown office. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager and working with the Recruitment team, you will collaborate with your portfolio of dental practices to manage their talent and staffing needs. Recruitment is key to Dentalcorp's success, and the Recruitment team is an invaluable resource to our Partners.

Role Overview:

  • Source, interview, and hire dental professionals across your regional portfolio of dental practices.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, networking events, social media, and direct sourcing to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute tailored recruitment campaigns.
  • Pre-qualify, interview, assess, and evaluate candidates, guiding hiring decisions and extending job offers
  • Manage job offer letters, background checks, and reference checks.
  • Maintain talent metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build partnerships with dental associations, universities/colleges, and industry groups in collaboration with our Campus Manager.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Dentalcorp, promoting our employer brand and attracting top talent.
  • Provide insights on new talent trends and offer fresh perspectives to the business.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to both corporate and agency environments.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and a passion for delivering top talent in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey opportunities and engage candidates.
  • Resourcefulness and a knack for challenging the status quo, offering creative solutions to complex talent needs.
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating evolving requirements and priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for leveraging data to inform decisions.
