Under the supervision of the marketing director, the marketing and communication coordinator will work together with the marketing, sales, purchasing, and customer service teams in all their activities.

In this capacity, they will contribute to the execution of marketing strategies, notably by creating content intended for sales tools, social media and the company's various websites. Thus, the coordinator will be responsible for the editorial focus of the content and the writing that will serve all the channels.

They will participate in increasing the brand's notoriety, increasing sales, developing new products, and improving the customer experience, both through internal and external communications.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the internal expert on subjects, audiences and tone for the various targets;
  • Write and revise marketing communications in French and English;
  • Take charge of and contribute to the design, production, layout, updating and classification of sales tools and communication for internal and external use;
  • Plan, create and coordinate email communications for different customer segments;
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes;
  • Optimize the consumer experience using targeted and innovative communications, with the aim of making fdmt and manimo leaders in their field and thus contributing to sales and customer engagement;
  • Design strategies and the editorial angle of content based on customer insights, SEO data and traffic data;
  • Perform keyword research and optimize content for search engines;
  • Develop and manage a complete editorial calendar to attract a qualified audience (blog articles, white papers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.);
  • Produce creative content (concept and writing) for social networks, ensuring it is engaging and aligned with the brand strategy;
  • Manage our various social media accounts (eg. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) following the editorial calendar and content strategy;
  • Respond to reviews, messages and community comments on digital platforms;
  • Participate in the development of new products and write product descriptions;
  • Ensure the respect of the brand image, ensure its evolution and the update of the brand books;
  • Monitor competition and propose innovative initiatives to stand out;
  • Produce and present various performance reports based on the analyses carried out;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent writing skills in French and English (bilingualism essential)
  • Degree in marketing/communication or any other training relevant to the position
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of web platforms (Ecom, ESP, CRM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, understanding and analysis of traffic and audiences
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
