As our Community Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our members have a seamless experience while helping to grow our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hospitality & Customer Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure members feel valued and supported.
- Sales: Assist with onboarding new members, upselling services, and contributing to occupancy goals.
- Social Media: Manage our social media presence to engage with the community and attract potential members.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day operations, including managing bookings, invoicing, and member communications.
Qualifications:
- Education: College diploma or higher preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales and social media management.
