Role Summary:

As a Business Development Salesperson for CBN Marketing, you will focus on identifying and reaching out to potential clients, primarily small and mid-sized businesses eager to enhance their market presence. This position operates on an uncapped commission-only basis, providing you with unlimited earning potential based on the business you bring in.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

• Identify and target potential clients in various industries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch marketing services.

Market Research and Strategy Development:

• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing solutions for clients.

Proposal and Contract Management:

• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
• Ensure all contractual agreements are met and maintained.

Networking and Brand Promotion:

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Promote CBN Marketing's services and build a positive brand image.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Main Targets

• Customers who are an employee range from 30-100, who are in their growth stage of their business.
• Businesses who are not startups anymore, and now need marketing to sustain their growth.
• Large scale national companies, that are focused on more national advertising campaigns.
• Small businesses, ranging from 3-12 employees, who are in need of building blocks such as a strong website, social media presence, and a brand.
• Medium scale business looking to rebrand.
• Political representatives needing a marketing partner- for their campaigns.
• Clients who already have the creative for advertising but just need the media spots (media buying).

Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within a medium size to larger organization.
• Familiarity with marketing services such as web development, SEO, social media, and digital advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in a commission-only environment.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
• Nice to haves: Experience with volunteer work or community service, experience in marketing or IT/software development.

Compensation:

• Commission-Only: Earn 3-10% commission on every deal, with the percentage negotiable between you and the owner. Your earning potential is unlimited and directly tied to your sales performance.
