SALES DIRECTOR

Our client, a well-established provider for Life Insurance. They are looking to add an experienced, high-energy Sales Director.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

• Manage, motivate, and train existing advisor/distributor relationships.
• Develop relationships and motivate National Account management.
• Effectively deliver seminars and webinars
• Develop product knowledge about both the organization and competition.
• Develop strong working relationships with head office associates.
• Develop skills in delivering all standard practices.
• Learn and promote all incentive, contest and conference programs.
• Effective expense management
• Overall responsibility: maximize premiums, producers and profit in your territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality dealing with sensitive information.

Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) is a requirement.

• Effective time management
• Effective problem resolution skills
