Marketing Associate

Founded in 2014, Cakeworthy brings to market unisex streetwear apparel, accessories and lifestyle products for anyone with a taste for sprinkling some fun into their wardrobe. We collaborate with the world's top licensors to create Special Edition Collections and products inspired by the things we love: bright colors, bold prints and graphics, pop culture, 80's and 90's nostalgia and the clothes we always wanted as a kid. Fun fact, we don't sell cake!

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to be a part of the Cakeworthy team! As part of the marketing team, you will be working alongside the best of the best in creatives that bring our designs to life through multiple marketing channels. Job Description - Primary

• Design and implement all aspects of Cakeworthy's e-mail and SMS programs.
• Content creation for social media, ads, blogs, web site, and other platforms as required.
• Daily posting and engagement on social channels.
• Developing and maintaining a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Assist in photoshoots with setup, takedown, model sizing, etc.
• Research and brainstorm ideas to elevate Cakeworthy's digital marketing strategies.

Job Description - Secondary

• Working with the marketing team to monitor and maintain Influencer marketing programs.
• Participation in third party meetings when required.
• Participation planning and execution in company events when required.
• Administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Education in Marketing and/or Design is a plus but not required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Prior experience using editing and graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva, Capcut, or similar applications.
• Experience using web platforms in the e-commerce space such as Shopify, e-mail marketing,etc.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
