This Temporary (1-year contract) position is responsible for managing and executing a variety of functions to promote the Farrow brand through multiple marketing and digital media. With Farrow being a known global trade expert, this role will support thought leadership content and initiatives by working with subject matter experts to produce knowledgeable and engaging communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of communication pieces including creative marketing collateral (brochures, trade ads, signage, etc.), press releases, case studies and white papers, trade show booth and materials, etc. - ensuring the application of uniform/consistent brand marketing standards are held.
  • Manage the publishing and promotion of trade and organic news/content dissemination via social media accounts, Farrow website content management, Farrow digital weekly newsletter, and quarterly Customer Activity Reports (CAR) for the Client Partnering team.
  • Management of Farrow's website content. Providing regular updates to keep content current (industry trade news/regulatory changes, Farrow locations/contact us, media press releases, Farrow job opportunities, etc.)
  • Create content and issue Pardot emails to client groups as requested by the business units, including management of contact lists, and reporting on email opens and clicks to measure engagement and/or to determine the effectiveness of Farrow content

Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • More than 3 years professional marketing experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Pardot Marketing Automation Tool (preferred), with Pardot certification an asset
  • Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop/Illustrator and/or Canva creative program experience
  • A good understanding of, and experience with, website UX, content management, SEO strategies and WordPress
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of customs brokerage and logistics industry as an asset

Competencies, Working Skills & Attributes

  • Marketing fluency with a solid understanding of B2B marketing and digital marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Pardot, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to time manage multiple simultaneous concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to simplify complex measures and regulatory topics into easy-to-understand language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, tactful and dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships and work confidently and effectively with individuals from all levels of the organization.
