Position Available: Director of Brand Marketing

Location: Vancouver

Role Overview:

The Director of Brand Marketing at Rove Concepts will lead the strategic branding efforts to amplify our presence in the luxury market, with a special focus on optimizing our e-commerce and retail channels. This role requires a visionary leader skilled in navigating both online and physical retail landscapes. By working collaboratively with teams across marketing, sales, product development, and retail operations, the Brand Director will ensure cohesive brand messaging and spearhead growth initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and execute the brand's strategic vision, integrating strong e-commerce and retail marketing strategies to maximize reach and revenue.
  • Develop and oversee brand management tactics that ensure consistent and impactful presence across all platforms, including online marketplaces and brick-and-mortar locations.
  • Guide the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that effectively bridge digital and physical sales channels, enhancing the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage online tools and data analytics for targeted campaigns, SEO optimization, and social media engagement.
  • Manage cross-functional projects that align with seasonal retail cycles and promotional calendars, ensuring timely and budgeted execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends in e-commerce and retail, adjusting strategies to meet consumer demands and technological advancements.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the brand team, encouraging the adoption of new tools and practices that enhance digital and in-store experiences.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the marketing team, promoting best practices in both e-commerce and traditional retail environments.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of

driving online sales growth.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and delivering results in a fast-

paced environment.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional

teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and other relevant e-

commerce channels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively at all organizational levels.
