Project Manager - ServiceNow

-7+ years of project management

-PMP certified is an asset

-Have done ServiceNow implementation

Responsibilities:

- Review upcoming business change requests with multiple businesses.

- Document details of IT changes that will be occurring for the product.

- Coordinate and resolve gaps in information and prioritize the execution of changes along with the Business.

- Organize changes in sprints with the implementing teams.

- Proactive Communication of timelines of changes and upcoming releases.

- Manage the timely delivery of work with multiple teams.

- Identify and escalate Risk/delays proactively.

- Make sure all agreed documentation and sign offs are captured as per internal IT process.

- Coordinate Release management, test management, and change management in client environment

- Provide daily operational support

Desired Skills:

- Experience managing medium to large sized projects in Agile or Hybrid way.

- Working experience in a large multinational, geographically diverse environment.

- Experience with ServiceNow based application development.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
