The Role:

As the Marketing Specialist, you will shape and steer our email and SMS marketing efforts. Your mission will begin with crafting and launching targeted email and SMS campaigns designed to captivate and convert. With a deep understanding of our CRM tool, you will become our go-to expert, guiding its use to segment audiences, automate workflows, and extract valuable insights from campaign data.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to forge email and SMS strategies that are aligned with our company's overarching goals. As you dive into the data, you'll track and analyze the performance of your campaigns, uncovering trends and opportunities offering any additional strategies or solutions.

In addition, you will ensure that every email aligns with industry regulations, best practices and employer brand standards. Your expertise will drive the success of our email marketing efforts, making a meaningful impact on our acquisition and retention goals.

Qualifications:

• University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and CRM tool utilization.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email marketing software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
