- You have a knack for understanding beauty trends and can translate them into compelling marketing strategies.

- You're an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally, and can adapt your style to match their warm, personal, and professional tone.

- You're a go-getter who enjoys collaborating with a team but can also take the initiative and run with projects independently.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising to build brand awareness and drive sales.

- Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing materials.

- Organize and manage marketing events, product launches, and promotions.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

- Manage content creation, from concept through to production, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and vision.

- Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industries.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management software).

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
