POSITION: Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Toronto, CAN
DURATION : 3-month contract position
WORK SET-UP: Onsite
PAY: $65 to $70/hour
Overview:
In this position, you'll be given the opportunity to play a critical role on our marketing team as we
turn our Advertising Portfolio into differentiated, scalable tools for our sellers. We're looking for
someone to join our Advertising Go-To-Marketing team who thinks big, is deeply analytical, and
thrives in a cross-functional organization. You will help us define and build compelling user
journeys for our self-serve customers across various conversion channels. You will report into
the Global Head of Marketing Activation and work collaboratively with the rest of the Advertising
product team, various marketing and operations teams, and our global Advertising GTM team.
You must demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills and a customer centric
attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help develop seller success playbooks to leverage advertising solutions and improve
- seller performance.
- Conduct ongoing A/B tests to optimize impressions and conversion rates
- Identify opportunities to drive top line revenue growth and customer awareness across
- our existing portfolio of products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product and Product Marketing teams on the roll
- out (and subsequent measurement / analysis) of campaigns
- Surface relevant data to empower and improve efficiencies within our Marketing,
- Customer Support, and Product teams
- Work across cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution across channels and touch points. Strong project management, communication and leadership skills are a must
- Keep up with fast-moving and high-priority changes to processes and best practices,
- communicating them with cross-functional teams and integrating them into these programs
- Manage and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing,
- product management, or strategy consulting
- At least 3+ years specifically in B2B technology product marketing; ideally Advertising
- solutions
- SQL, python, tableau & excel proficient
- Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
- Ability to interact and communicate across a variety of stakeholder groups (technical subject matter experts to business owners), with ability to present complex information in easily understandable format and tailored to the audience
- Outstanding organization, rigor and attention to details
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
- Good energy and drive, ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
- Strong Presentation skills both in person and via technology
- Experience in a Growth/self-serve user role or working closely with Growth teams
- Experience in e-commerce and/or B2B marketing
- Experience working on marketing or growth throughout a product's lifecycle.
