We currently have an opening for a Sales Project Coordinator - CommercialThis is a remote role based in Montreal Quebec.  This key position within our organization will report to the Commercial Territory Manager of Quebec.  The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic.  In a busy work environment, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines is a necessity. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with good interpersonal skills are necessary when dealing with multiple departments, customers and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assuming project management responsibility for commercial projects.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor a variety of projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure that they are. completed on budget and on schedule.
  • Issue quotes for commercial projects added to the system (CRM)
  • Supporting complex negotiations with key clients.
  • Follow through with project lead generation and tracking from various sources.
  • Maintaining project files, ensuring pricing approval by the Ontario Sales Manager.
  • Supporting communication between the Territory Managers and their customers.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for Commercial Territory Managers.
  • Serve as a liaison between Inside Sales and territory managers regarding commercial projects, ensuring effective coordination and communication as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to those with a Landscaping, Architectural or Civil Engineering background.
  • PMP designation or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
  • Robust project management skill set.
  • Strategic thinking, with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills including the ability to persuade and influence at all levels within the company.
  • Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced, team environment.
