Are you looking for a flexible part time opportunity where you can make your own hours? We are looking for a motivated, passionate individual looking to help a small business grow! While we are currently looking for Part-time, this position could grow into a Full-time role based on the performance of the successful candidate. If you are looking for a challenging role where you can make your own hours, work from home and assist a start up to achieve their goals, we want to hear from you!

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
• Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Generate leads and drive sales.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain and update the company website and other marketing materials.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a small business environment.
• Knowledge of the Home Health Care industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

Compensation:

• Base salary with opportunity to grow based on results.
• Commission based on Revenue generated

This role will require travel throughout Mississauga
