Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admissions Advisor/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to our school's daily operations, providing exceptional support to both prospective and current students. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a keen eye for detail. Alongside this role, the candidate will be working closely with the Executive Director as an Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective students with the enrollment process, including answering inquiries and guiding them through admission requirements.
  • Conduct school tours for prospective students, showcasing the benefits and features of our programs.
  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with school policies.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as record-keeping, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Manage inventory and order products and supplies necessary for school operations.
  • Utilize strong computer skills to manage and update student databases and school management software.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a barber shop, hair salon, or educational setting is preferred but not required.
