Who are we looking for?

As a Graphic Designer - 3D Artist you will be creating and managing visual elements such as BIM graphics, 3D elements, images, and diagrams for a variety of presentations, proposals, training materials, and tutorial videos. Additionally, you will be tasked with the upkeep and enhancement of websites, as well as all levels of BIM (rendering, animation, and BIM 4D sequencing).

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Create professional and compelling visuals while adhering to a corporate brand
  • Conceptualize, create storyboards and design using different styles and approaches for deliverables as needed
  • Develop informational graphics (infographics, figures, charts, illustrations, isometrics, diagrams, etc.)
  • Search and locate appropriate stock photography, upload photos onto corporate Image Library
  • Create and manage visual elements such as graphics, 3D elements, images, and diagrams for a variety of presentations, proposals, training materials, and tutorial videos
  • Updating and maintaining websites
  • Renderings and Animations using 3ds Max, Twinmotion and After Effects
  • BIM 4D sequencing
  • Works independently as well as collaboratively with the DDTS team

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent field of study
  • At least 3 years of professional experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in a mid- to large-size professional services organization
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Acrobat Pro), with strong visual design and video editing skills
  • Passion for the audience experience, as well as knowledge of how to utilize design to achieve communication goals
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines by successfully balancing multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability interact with key internal and external partners
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the DDTS team
