JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Specialist is an essential player in the promotion and visibility of the company. This position requires the design and implementation of effective digital marketing strategies, while managing content across social media, websites, and Salesforce CRM. In addition to SEO optimization and marketing automation, this role will need to analyze and improve the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure the success of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop and to implement effective communication and digital marketing strategies to promote the company and its products.
  • To be responsible for disseminating business information and writing content on social media, websites, and the SalesForce CRM.
  • To analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and see what can be improved.
  • To perform SEO analysis and optimization of the website to improve its visibility and its ranking in search engines.
  • To manage and optimize the marketing automation (Pardot) of our customer relationship management software (SalesForce CRM).
  • To understand and to support the various sales stakeholders (salespeople, manufacturing representatives, wholesalers, retailers), and to create a link with product end-users and build customer loyalty.
  • To ensure that corporate values are integrated into all marketing strategies.
  • To conduct market analysis (current products and future opportunities) and monitor competition.
  • Any other related duties established by his superior.

REQUIREMENTS, QUALITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or in similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital merchandising techniques and social networking.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (advanced level).
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, thorough and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Focused on teamwork and interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Asset: Knowledge of how transactional sites like Shopify and Amazon work.
  • Asset: experience in implementing, using and optimizing a CRM.
