The Digital Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Superintendent's Office Leadership Team as they set out to fulfill this mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing our digital marketing strategies across various platforms. You'll work closely with our Leadership Team and Human Resources Management Team to create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and help drive our online presence.

I. Primary Relationships

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in the CISVA by working under the guidance of the Senior Human Resources Manager to ensure efficient and effective office operations. They will support and enhance the work of the organization by partnering with the Human Resources Team, Leadership Team, Educational Staff, and Administrative Support Team to achieve our six strategic priorities. Through their efforts, the Digital Marketing Coordinator contributes significantly to the overall success of the CISVA.

II. Key Responsibilities Areas

  • Primary contact for web support to maintain and update website content
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and other digital channels using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team and Human Resources Management Team to create and execute digital campaigns
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital media and marketing
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and online advertising campaigns
  • Provides innovative design and insight on projects impacting the teacher recruitment process
  • Engage with our online community and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Graphic Design
  • Administrative Support

III. Reporting and Supervisory Relationships

  • Reports directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager
  • Works closely with the Associate Superintendent, Human Resources, as part of the Human Resources Team

The Applicant

  • Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following:
  • Post-Secondary, or other certificate or diploma program of 1 year to 2 years or a combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of digital/social media management
  • Intermediate understanding of graphic design tools - Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Legally able to work in Canada
  • Be an active, practicing Catholic

Salary Range: $50,000 to $80,000
