Intelcom / Dragonfly is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Communications Manager to join its Corporate Affairs team. Reporting to the Director of Communications, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies that engage, inform, and inspire our global workforce. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can anticipate needs and partner with various stakeholders to deliver best-in-class communication campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Communication Planning: In partnership with Human Capital and Operations business partners, develop and implement the annual internal communications plan to support company objectives and enhance employee engagement.

  • Content Creation and Messaging: Create engaging, authentic content for various channels, including our intranet, newsletters, in-station communication boards and digital screens, town halls, employer of choice stories, etc.

  • Employee Engagement: Curate and execute innovative programs designed to increase communication touchpoints, foster a positive work environment, and encourage employee participation and feedback.

  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Human Capital and Marketing teams to develop and manage the employer brand initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

  • Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyze metrics to ensure performance of internal communications strategies and campaigns. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various internal stakeholders to deliver company-wide projects; ensure alignment on broader company initiatives and communication goals.

  • Internal Events Planning: Plan and manage internal events that promote the employer brand and encourage employee engagement.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders on effective communication practices.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement, preferably in manufacturing or logistics environments.1

  • Self-starter, strategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies and integrated campaigns.

  • Experience working with deskless employees and utilizing mobile communication tools.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and focused on continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in using digital communication platforms and tools.
