About the Opportunity

UJA Federation of Greater Toronto is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a keen eye for detail to join the fast-paced and dynamic world of UJA. This individual will be responsible for designing and curating UJA's e-newsletters, electronic event invitations, manage content on UJA's websites, understand an apply customer segmentation best practices, follow UJA's brand guidelines to create and adapt design materials for the digital space. As an integral contributor, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with our design, marketing and creative teams to develop compelling, targeted digital solutions for email and advertising touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Build and design UJA's e-newsletters
• Turn design into code for UJA's event invitations and email communications
• Apply digital marketing best practices (source tracking, audience segmentation)
• Create new and update existing content on UJA's websites
• Work collaboratively with staff as well as with multiple stakeholders
• Good understanding of IAB standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in HTML for email and web, good understanding of digital design concepts and mobile responsive design best practices
• Good understanding of email marketing automation software/email builder (Pardot, Mail Chimp, Campaign Monitor or similar)
• Basic understanding of salesforce or similar CRM preferred
• Understand AODA requirements and have the ability to apply WCA guidelines
• Experience with web content management systems

* This is a 12 month contract opportunity. At UJA we support a flexible work schedule and all of our employees engage in hybrid work.
