As the exclusive distributor in Canada for trendy brands like Fatboy, TOOU, Basil Bangs, Kooduu, and Newgarden, Nüline Distribution has been offering original and practical decorative solutions since 2007 to enhance both indoor and outdoor spaces. You will contribute to large-scale projects while collaborating in a multichannel environment—because we love to be wherever our clients are!

What You Will Do (and Love):

As an essential member of our dream team, you will:

  • Generate Sales: Work with incoming leads, handle requests from current and potential clients, support the efforts of our field sales representatives, and of course, close sales with style
  • Develop Opportunities: Maintain strong relationships with our clients, anticipate their needs, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, offer tailored solutions to their projects, and maximize sales
  • Manage RFPs: Shine by following up on requests for proposals (RFPs), all while meeting deadlines (and keeping a smile on your face)
  • Support Our Clients: Answer questions professionally, resolve minor issues quickly, and provide detailed product information to help our clients successfully complete their projects
  • Create Content: Have ideas for eye-catching newsletters? Fantastic! Help us create engaging content to inform and entice our clients, while maintaining smooth and effective communication with them
  • Analyze and Report: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and share your insights with the team to contribute to the company’s growth

Who We Are Looking For (and Who You’ll Get Along With):

  • Sales Experience: 2 to 3 years in a sales role (B2B, e-commerce, or retail), ideally in the world of furniture, decor, or stylish accessories
  • Education: A degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field. A passion for design is a huge plus
  • Product Knowledge: Excellent understanding of furniture and design products to effectively advise our clients and meet their specific needs
  • Communication Skills: The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with high-end clients in both French and English, whether by phone, email, video conference, or in person. You have charisma, and it shows!
  • CRM Skills: You can manage multiple clients at once and juggle digital tools (like a pro)
  • Results, Results, Results!: Hitting sales targets is good; exceeding them is even better!
  • Tech-Savvy: Excel, Word, Google My Business, Shopify... you’ve got the tools mastered
  • Personality: You are sociable, a good listener, and you love building long-lasting and trusting relationships with your clients
