As a member of the Customer Loyalty team, you will support the development, performance, and reporting of our loyalty campaigns. Your goal will be to work with various cross-functional teams to help support loyalty strategies. Some of your daily responsibilities would include helping to build tools, processes, and approach for management of email, campaign and offer details in tracker, reviewing summary reports each week and collaborate with operations team on any issues and review results of loyalty program surveys and provide insights.

Your Skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to take a project/task and run with it

Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Your Experience:

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Business program with a focus in marketing, statistics, or economics

Must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and be returning to school
