How You'll Make An Impact

Boomi is seeking a high-energy Commercial Field Marketing Manager for the AMER Region. The successful candidate should be able to think creatively, adopt industry best practice where it makes sense, and drive the maximum return from every event with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience for our delegates.

Reporting into the America's Regional Marketing Director, this person will work closely with the Boomi demand generation, regional sales, partner marketing, and global event teams.

This person is responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy - from making budget recommendations to informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Boomi's product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What You'll Do

  • Working with local sales leadership develop and manage the execution of the go-to-market plans for the America's Commercial Business
  • Execution of Demand Generation Campaigns and local industry marketing
  • Collaboration with Partner Marketing including local SI's
  • Execution of local events, including trade shows, third party events, Boomi proprietary events, local customer user groups and hospitality
  • Act as the "single point of contact" for Boomi Marketing, representing the full marketing plan that touches the segment regardless of ownership of execution

The Experience You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in a Field Marketing role
  • Educated to degree level or similar with strong commercial skills
  • Both end user and partner marketing experience
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation applications such as SFDC, Marketo or similar; and experienced in driving closed loop lead management and reporting
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to communicate at a professional level of fluency in English

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience managing a small team beneficial but not essential

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $114,500- $143,000 CAD annually

  • applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
