SALARY
The salary range for this position is CAD $45.46/Hr. - CAD $65.35/Hr.
SUMMARY
As the Digital Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Providence Health Care (PHC), you will report to the Director, Strategic Recruitment, and lead the development and management of PHC's recruitment brand strategies. You will:
- Develop and implement digital recruitment campaigns using best practices for digital communication tools and channels, including social media networks, websites, e-newsletters, and blogs.
- Manage partnerships with service providers to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and industry-aligned digital communication channels.
- Design and execute recruitment marketing plans, analyze engagement data, and make recommendations to improve digital reach.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and engagement data to enhance audience engagement and contribute to broader organizational goals.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of diverse advertisement materials.
WHAT YOU BRING
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Experience in health care and/or other public sector organizations is desirable.
Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in current online communication technologies and social media strategies.
- Expertise in social media management, advertising, and copywriting.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Microsoft SharePoint) and the MS Office Suite.
- Experience with marketing software such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and MailChimp.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Strong ethical and professional behavior, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Your Day to Day:
- Lead and manage PHC's digital recruitment campaigns, including social media presence, content scheduling, creation, and community engagement.
- Develop recruitment brand strategies and execute digital marketing plans.
- Analyze engagement data and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Provide support on contract negotiations for web development and social media monitoring services.
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings to support strategic digital communications planning and implementation.
