The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities across the four Ardent companies. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention across both traditional and digital platforms.
As a member of the Marketing team and as a new Ardent family member, you will join a diverse, dynamic group of highly motivated individuals that bring with them a wide array of talents, skills and backgrounds.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategic Planning and Campaign Management:
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with key leaders to identify unique marketing needs and develop strategies.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets, adjusting as needed.
- Define target audiences and customer personas.
- Create and oversee detailed marketing campaign plans, ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies for major campaign executions.
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Digital and Content Marketing:
- Maintain and optimize company websites for SEO and user experience.
- Oversee social media strategy, campaigns, and PPC campaigns on Google, Meta, and Bing.
- Write and edit copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
Public Relations and Collaboration:
- Build and maintain media relationships, distribute press releases, and manage crisis communication.
- Work with general managers, sales teams, and third-party agencies to support marketing needs.
- Coordinate with other departments on branded materials.
- Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness, track KPIs, and generate reports to inform future strategies.
- Stay updated with marketing trends and best practices through ongoing training and development.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Proficient in WordPress, Adobe Suite, and digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, Bing).
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing a team and collaborating with various stakeholders.
