We're pleased to partner with our client, an award-winning manufacturing company, in their search for a Marketing Specialist. Working with the internal marketing team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, employing effective tactics to support business goals.
About the workplace
This is an in-office role that requires working Monday - Friday in their Edmonton, AB office. This role offers a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, 2 weeks vacation, extended health benefits and more.
About the role
- Contribute to the overall development of the strategic marketing plan in collaboration with various stakeholders and interdepartmental teams.
- Strategize tactics to support the primary customer groups, unique product lines and brand value/story.
- Develop marketing campaigns and ensure quality control and project adherence to overall business objectives.
- Plan and execute brand-related marketing projects, including showrooms, trade shows, building signage, product displays, lead management, campaigns, advertisements, and more.
- Work with internal teams to carry out event planning, set up and communications.
- Build and sustain relationships with all stakeholders, including third-party providers (agencies, freelancers, media buyers, merchandise providers) and additional internal teams.
- Oversee website content and CRM activities.
- Participate in providing an exceptional customer experience by anticipating issues and responding to opportunities/challenges in a timely manner.
- Monitor competitors and their strategies.
- Analyze projects to determine successes and areas of improvement.
About you
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in B2B, B2C branding and Product Marketing.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to think strategically and tactically.
- Agile and adaptable, able to think on your feet, learn quickly and grow your skill set as required.
- Experience with CRM systems and CMS (e.g., WordPress, Web Flow, Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Event coordination experience is an asset.
