Job Overview:

Snaplii is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to lead promotional efforts within the Indian community in Canada. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving both sales and marketing initiatives, combining outreach with strategic campaigns to increase app awareness and usage. You'll engage directly with potential users, develop marketing content, and help execute strategies to drive conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and marketing efforts for Snaplii in the Indian community.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the Snaplii app.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and potential users.
  • Collaborate with the Snaplii team to create marketing materials and strategies.
  • Track marketing performance and user acquisition metrics, reporting regularly.
  • Act as a liaison between users and the Snaplii team to refine marketing strategies based on feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience in both sales and marketing roles, preferably with a commission-based structure.
  • Could work under pressure and has the ability to complete KPI on time.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian community in Canada and its market needs.
  • Excellent communication, marketing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and outreach efforts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with cashback platforms or digital payment systems is a plus.
