ChargeHub is looking for a Digital Marketing Content Strategist capable of leading content strategy and execution while supporting the team in writing and implementing best practices. Job Summary
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Content Strategist collaborates with many internal and external stakeholders to develop the best content in a rapidly growing industry. She/He takes charge of content strategy and execution by following best practices to generate tangible results. The person will be responsible for both consumer and business content strategies, overseeing assets production from conception, to execution and until distribution. The candidate must collaborate with different teams and/or agencies (writers, designers, SEO experts, web integrators, sales, and coordinators) to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have solid experience in all areas of content management, including strategy, creation, and optimization. Versatility and the ability to lead in a fast-evolving company are key qualities for the position.
Here are the main responsibilities:
Develop content and campaign strategies
- Collaborate with the design team and copywriters to create a strong brand identity and a unique voice for the company
- Generate creative ideas and content concepts for both consumer and business segments while respecting brand positioning
- Optimize the digital consumer experience through targeted and innovative communication
- Analyze and understand audience needs and personas to serve as an expert in topics and content creation
- Strategically align content creation and priorities with the primary objective of improving search results in collaboration with SEO experts
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure company content remains current and relevant
- Implement best practices and recommendations based on rigorous benchmarking
Lead and execute the content and campaign calendar
- Plan and execute the content and campaign calendar to build engagement with ChargeHub’s target audiences and personas across various channels (web, app, emails, social media, etc.)
- Create and update a variety of content such as websites, blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, and podcasts
- Oversee the creation of all types of marketing content, from conception to production, ensuring brand quality and consistency
- Manage the entire content creation process and campaign deployment
- Identify content update priorities and necessary improvements
- Recommend the best strategies to increase content production and team efficiency to support business growth
Monitor and enhance the company's voice and brand image
- Ensure brand tone and design consistency across all content and communication channels
- Monitor content performance and conversion against strategic objectives and provide ideas for future strategies
- Align content with business objectives
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, literature, or any other related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position allowing the candidate to be autonomous and demonstrate leadership
- Experience in digital marketing and brand management is an asset
- Detail-oriented and highly attentive to the quality of their work
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Autonomous, capable of taking initiatives
- Bilingual: French and English
