JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB FUNCTIONS:
?Interfacing directly with clients, analyzing business requirements, recommending solutions through the functional requirements document.
?Supporting the project manager in delivering projects on budget and on time; including requirements gathering and system gap analysis, delivering training, preparing test plans, designing data migration strategies, managing issues and risks.
?Configuring CRM to meet customer requirements. This is a hands-on role where the candidate is responsible for working with the client to deliver a configured solution.
?Prepare specification documents for CRM Development staff to customize solutions for specific needs. This includes design work, liaising with the developer, preparing test plans, delivery to the client in a test environment and assisting with go-live support.
?Provide telephone support, guidance and assistance to clients as required.
Job Qualifications:
?5+ years of business experience in CRM;
?3+ years of mid-range CRM implementation experience on multiple client sites
?Hands on MS CRM experience is a definite asset.
?Strong client focus and proven consulting experience.
?Must be a go-getter and willing to further your education with obtaining MS Certifications.
?Excellent communication skills, critical for documentation of requirements, liaising with development staff and training clients.

INTERNAL NOTES:
KEY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
MIGRATION : Assisting in the migration of all script-based campaigns to the SAS 360 platform.
TOOL EXPERIENCE : While experience with SAS 360 is not required, the candidate should be comfortable using visual tools to build process flows.
AUTOMATION : The client currently has no other automation tools in use; SAS 360 represents their first opportunity in this area.
