What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team, focusing on creating high-performance ads and email creative that drive results. Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with internal teams to produce compelling, data-driven digital ad assets across Meta, Google, and other key platforms. You will be responsible for delivering creative solutions that not only meet client expectations but are optimized for performance and conversion.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of designing for digital marketing, balancing creativity with a strategic approach to maximize ad effectiveness. Strong communication skills and the ability to align creative work with both aesthetic and performance objectives will be key to your success in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the design team, project managers, and marketing teams to develop creative concepts that meet client expectations for various digital advertising channels, including Meta, Google, and display ads.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all projects and platforms, with a strong focus on accuracy in colour, typography, and overall brand identity.
- Lead the design process for digital content across web, mobile, email, and social platforms, optimizing assets for performance and impact.
- Provide leadership and coaching to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to enhance team performance and creativity.
- Directly engage with clients to present concepts, conduct discovery sessions, and gather feedback, ensuring designs align with strategic goals.
- Oversee project execution from concept to delivery, managing timelines, resources, and coordination between teams.
- Stay informed on current industry trends, UX/UI principles, and best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize design outcomes.
- Offer excellent customer service and technical support to internal and external clients, ensuring high satisfaction and quality delivery.
Knowledge, Education & Experience Required
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- A College diploma, University degree, or relevant job-related experience. We welcome highly experienced, self-taught, and self-motivated learners who express a strong passion for design.
- Extensive experience designing for digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, email, social media).
- Proven expertise in creative concept development, including brainstorming, mood boarding, and delivering innovative solutions.
- The ability to leverage data and audience insights to design compelling advertising.
- An understanding of marketing fundamentals and consumer behaviour.
- Leadership experience: mentoring junior designers, offering feedback, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Client-facing experience: comfortable presenting creative ideas, discussing feedback, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong knowledge of design and digital production tools.
- Experience in video editing or animation
- Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design is an asset
- Experience with email platforms like Klaviyo or SFMC.
- Understanding of CMS & web platforms such as Shopify, WordPress or Drupal.
