JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a Marketing Sales Operations Analyst for a full-time 14-month contract position.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain tracking for all marketing and sales initiatives.
Conduct timely quantitative and qualitative analysis and research.
Conduct competitive research of the market and competition.
Identify actionable insights and business opportunities to support marketing and sales strategies.
Continue to improve the capabilities of the Business Intelligence and Customer Relations management tools and user experience.
Ensure upkeep of SugarCRM and Cognos programs and limited customer portal admin duties.
Review different data platforms to retrieve research information and determine trends and business opportunities.
Manage and implement the sales incentive program. Coordinate with management and accounting on the disbursement of incentive funds.
Ensure branding guidelines are adhered to and consistent across all mediums.
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events.
Other duties as defined by the manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary education in economics, business analysis, statistics, or related
Experience in managing BI and CRM applications
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have strong Microsoft applications skills with advanced Excel proficiency
Experience working in a team environment and the ability to work independently
Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload
Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills - diplomatic, professional, and composed
Candidate must be able to work additional hours as required
Outstanding analytical capabilities, including solid business case skills
Strong problem-identification and solving skills
