The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Bilingual Graphic Designer for our Dufresne Retail Solutions Group Team within our Home Office located at 147 Commerce Drive in Winnipeg, MB.

As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for design, layout, and production of marketing material to increase customer traffic for our Members' stores across Canada. You will be working with Member organizations in both English- and French-speaking markets.

As the Graphic Designer you will:

  • Design various advertising materials for print and digital, including ads, direct mail, flyers, digital graphics, posters, banners, brochures, and digital reels.
  • Prepare final files for press and web production.
  • Ensure consistency in company publications by adhering to graphic standards.
  • Meet specific deadlines for projects.
  • Maintain, coordinate, and distribute graphic resources, including imagery, logos, and photography.
  • Perform other duties as required.

As a successful candidate you will have the following:

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design. Google Analytics would be considered an asset.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs in a Mac-based environment.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana is considered an asset.
  • Extensive knowledge of pre-press and digital image requirements.
  • Knowledge of HTML, web design, video or animation is considered an asset.
  • Ability to be a team player who is open to feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Strong design management and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing practices.
  • Ability to understand and work with project briefs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (English/French) - professional written proficiency
