Reporting to the Vice President, Client Success, the incumbent helps the Sales team prepare and implement sales plans.
AS CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER, YOUR DAILY ROUTINE WOULD CONSIST IN:
- Create and update client files and supporting sales documentation, and optimize its use.
- Proactively analyze gain and loss data, and generate a report collating all findings for the Sales management team.
- Collect, collate, and generate weekly (monthly and quarterly) sales projections, and submit weekly results to the Sales management team.
- Guide clients based on their changing needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help draft calls for tender and proposals.
- Assist the Sales team in integrating new clients and maintain business relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor competitors, the market, services, threats and business opportunities, and analyze the impact of sales activities.
- Contribute to the company’s sales strategies.
THIS POSITION MAY BE IDEAL FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or other relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Have at least two years of experience in a similar position
- Are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
- Are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and Hubspot (asset)
- Are able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Love challenges and always seek to improve your skills
- Demonstrate a sense of initiative, and are willing and able to find solutions
- Demonstrate excellent relationship and communication skills
- Have keen quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
