Reporting to the Vice President, Client Success, the incumbent helps the Sales team prepare and implement sales plans. 

AS CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER, YOUR DAILY ROUTINE WOULD CONSIST IN:

  • Create and update client files and supporting sales documentation, and optimize its use.
  • Proactively analyze gain and loss data, and generate a report collating all findings for the Sales management team.
  • Collect, collate, and generate weekly (monthly and quarterly) sales projections, and submit weekly results to the Sales management team.
  • Guide clients based on their changing needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Help draft calls for tender and proposals.
  • Assist the Sales team in integrating new clients and maintain business relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor competitors, the market, services, threats and business opportunities, and analyze the impact of sales activities.
  • Contribute to the company’s sales strategies. 

THIS POSITION MAY BE IDEAL FOR YOU IF YOU:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or other relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Have at least two years of experience in a similar position
  • Are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and Hubspot (asset)
  • Are able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Love challenges and always seek to improve your skills
  • Demonstrate a sense of initiative, and are willing and able to find solutions
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Have keen quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
