The Marketing Manager reports directly to the V.P. Marketing - Electrical Division.

Marketing Manager is responsible for ongoing marketing activities in the Electrical Division. They are involved in creating and implementing Marketing Strategies. Implements promotional and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing reports for Techspan's Electrical division.

Main responsibilities:

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Tracks product line sales and evaluates Sales and Marketing initiatives
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Tracks and manages ROI for marketing programs
  • Manage Direct Marketing Funds program
  • Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for the Electrical Division
  • Collaborate directly with customers to support merchandising and marketing initiatives
  • Manages the Digital Marketing Coordinator whose responsibilities include website management, social media marketing and digital advertising initiatives
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; joining industry leadership committees; reading trade publications.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing roles
  • Experience in B2B Industrial or Electrical Industry a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM platforms.
