JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing the Marketing tech stack, including Hubspot, overseeing our email marketing program, managing Rewind's email database and marketing data and reporting.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will report to the Senior Revenue Operations Manager and will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and data, to align goals and execute marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of process and technology focus, analytical expertise, and people skills to this new role.

Your responsibilities:

Marketing tech stack

You will own and manage the Marketing tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Ada, Appcues, Zapier, Zoom-Webinars) and provide recommendations on how to optimize the current tech stack.

You will also evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

Hubspot

In this role, you set up, configure, and maintain HubSpot for seamless lead generation, tracking, and analytics.

You will:

  • Create and manage workflows, lists, forms and segmentation to automate marketing processes and increase efficiency.
  • Execute all email marketing campaigns.
  • Build optimization plans for email marketing in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Own and oversee the testing plan for email marketing.

Email database

You own the email marketing database (prospects, customers, partners) and oversee its growth in compliance with regional privacy and communication regulations. You will monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.

Data, reporting and optimization

You will manage all lead list imports into our systems for Sales follow-up, ensuring they are tagged and routed appropriately as well as own and manage the campaign tracking process across our systems.

You will also:

  • Support the creation and optimization of a lead scoring program and lead qualification process in collaboration with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager.
  • Build out lead funnel reporting. Track lead quality & progression, and revenue attribution to optimize campaign effectiveness & drive strategy.
  • Partner with the Sales team to develop processes to improve inbound lead flow, qualification and follow-up.
  • Create dashboards and reports to improve visibility into marketing campaign performance.
  • Ensure data integrity within HubSpot and Salesforce, identifying and rectifying any inconsistencies or inaccuracies.

Revenue operations support

You will partner with and support Revenue Operations with Salesforce and related initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates who have at least 3 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B saas company, working with HubSpot, Salesforce and integrating those systems with other technologies.

You also have:

Experience with BI Tools, ideally Metabase.

Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.

Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

A blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution to drive successful marketing initiatives and revenue growth.

Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with audience segmentation used to deliver tailored content based on demographics and behaviour. Understand what powers advanced audience segmentation and technical email implementation (APIs, liquid logic, ETLs, etc.).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Nice to Have:

HubSpot Certified

Experience building and managing HTML email templates

Understanding of email deliverability best practices

Understanding of regional data privacy laws like GDPR, CCPA
