Air France KLM has an opening for a permanent fulltime position as a Digital Marketing Coordinator based in downtown Montreal. This position allows a hybrid work mode.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing and enhancing the online marketing strategy developed by the Digital Marketing Specialist. This role involves supporting the Specialist in communicating promotional campaigns through various digital channels, including Air France and KLM newsletters, social media platforms, and the company website. Additionally, the Coordinator assists the commercial team by implementing digital activations to drive awareness, consideration, and support business objectives.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Specialist the key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate Air France and KLM promotional and inspirational online campaigns, including briefing, content creation, translations, test validations, and more.
  • Put in place updates on the Air France and KLM websites and activate all other digital channels in collaboration with respective stakeholders (mobile push, social media, email marketing, metasearch, display advertising).
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to develop the digital strategy for promoting our products and pricing offers through our own channels, and with partners, third parties, and tourism boards.
  • Support the marketing team with their requests for digital activation on key campaigns across various channels.
  • Prepare data and performance results exports for each digital channel and put in place reports.
  • Monitor online marketing trends updates and competitor marketing actions.

Qualifications required:

  • University degree in Marketing with a strong interest and affinity in digital marketing dynamics
  • One or two years of experience or internships in marketing; digital marketing preferred
  • Team player with a collaborative approach, working seamlessly with many colleagues in the Commercial Team
  • Ability to multi-task, plan ahead, stay well-organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented given the nature of the marketing activities to be performed
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of rigor and autonomy
  • Excellent relational and communication skills both oral and written, in French and English
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, the web and social media
