The value-added features include making payments with credit cards and exploring favorite merchants and cash-back cards along with the data-driven marketing solutions that allow us to deliver the best in-store and online shopping experience to Users. The interactive platform also benefits the Merchants with a higher level of brand loyalty. In order to serve more merchants and users, we are expanding our business and adding more new functions, so that Snaplii can become a digital wallet commonly used by people in North America.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing campaigns, coordinate events, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content for various channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns both online and offline, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Manage social media platforms (e.g., Redbook, Instagram), create and schedule engaging content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing insights for strategy optimization.
  • Expand and maintain relationships with KOLs and traffic partners. Analyze data and be responsible for the growth in followers, likes, and engagement on KOL accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and KOL partners to achieve follower and engagement growth targets.
  • Monitor and analyze online and offline marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and suggestions to increase app new users and active users.
  • Assist in event planning, execution, and post-event evaluation to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as required.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in an MCN company or working closely with KOLs and influencers.
  • Familiar with the process of event planning, execution, and evaluation, capable of independently designing and executing marketing activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in managing social media platforms such as Redbook and Instagram, with a proven ability to drive engagement.
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of interpreting data, conducting market analysis, and providing actionable insights.
  • Highly attentive to details, with an eye for design and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
