On behalf of our client, one of Canada's largest and most prestigious banks, Equality Street is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their Digital Marketing Technology team.

As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, you will play an essential role in delivering strategic projects (information/content and transactional/acquisition campaigns) across the bank's public-facing digital channels. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Managers, business leads, and product teams, you will help manage digital development, content implementation, and maintenance for websites, landing pages, and other digital assets. You'll also monitor campaign performance, generate analytics reports, and provide optimization recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

This is an exciting contract opportunity with an immediate start date, offering hands-on experience within a leading global financial institution.

Hybrid work schedule - at least 3 days on-site in the Toronto downtown office.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Support the Digital Marketing Managers by executing various integrated marketing tactics in alignment with stakeholder and business objectives

Assist in project management of digital development and maintenance projects, including stakeholder/legal approval, translation and working with internal copywriters and designers to request and manage project content

Ensure all pages are accurate, function properly and comply with all company's regulatory standards, design requirements and SEO guidelines

Generate website analytics reports for key stakeholders

Participate in regular stakeholder meetings and vendor relations

Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and any development adheres to the standards

Manage maintenance process to ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

Must-Have:

Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team

Experience managing external vendors

Preferred:

Familiarity with web content management systems

Knowledge of responsive design and development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML/JSON, APIs)

Understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO strategies

Experience within the financial industry is an asset

Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, with experience in data analysis and reporting
