The Talent
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our software and services implementation firm to support the respective GTM teams in the development and execution of marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist will assist with various marketing activities, including creating marketing collateral, managing social media content for our accounts, coordinating events, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
THE COMMITMENT
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), SEO performance, and search engine rankings on a monthly basis.
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support the Sales team and the Product team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral, such as case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
- Create and manage social media content and engagement for the company's social media accounts.
- Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain the marketing collateral and digital asset library.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Assist with other marketing projects and duties as assigned.
- Manage the company website, including maintaining and updating content on WordPress.
- Write and publish blog posts biweekly and update video content as needed to ensure fresh and engaging material
THE ESSENTIALS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with HubSpot and HubSpot workflows/automation and email marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with marketing automation software.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, is a plus.
